Quiz 1, on my first lecture as well as Chapter 1

This quiz covers my first lecture (the notes have been posted), as well as Chapter 1 in the Conley text. The quiz is timed, set up to last for up to 45 minutes (it will then close), and contains 20 questions. All are multiple choice or true/false.

In order to enable those who have not yet received their course text to get it and read the first chapter, this first quiz opens at noon on Friday, Feb. 4, and will remain available to be taken at any time from then until Thursday, Feb. 10, at 11:59 pm (instead of Sunday at the end of the first week - Sunday is the day subsequent quizzes will close).

After it closes no one can take it. Do make sure you start it at least 45 minutes before it closes permanently if you take it on Thursday, in order to have the whole 45 minutes to take it. Also, be sure to read my first lecture notes, as well as Conley's Chapter 1, BEFORE taking the quiz. 

Be sure to complete the quiz once you begin it, as quizzes will automatically continue once begun, even if you log off. And quizzes can only be taken once.
